Start off the weekend right! You and your children can have fun and get exercise at the same location. Saturdays at 9:30am at CarmelBarre in Monterey, Kidzcorner USA is holding a gymnastics / dance class for children ages 5-10 years during our adult Barre Class for men and women. Fee is $10 per child. CarmelBarre's adult Barre Class offers overall body conditioning using light weights and small isometric movements to fatigue the muscles, directly followed by stretching, to create lean, sculpted muscles. All levels are welcome.
CarmelBarre is a nurturing, friendly environment. Classes are lively, fun, and non-competitive, and instructors strive to get to know their students and encourage them to reach their personal best. You don’t have to be in shape to start taking classes here!
