Our classes include:

Pilates Reformer Foundations: Foundations Reformer focuses on form and technique at a slower pace. Its a perfect introductory class for beginner students who want to build a strong foundation, but also great for students who wish to review Pilates fundamentals to insure accuracy and stability before moving toward more advanced work.
