Classes are lively, fun, and non-competitive, and instructors strive to get to know their students and encourage them to reach their personal best. You don’t have to be in shape to start taking classes here!
During classes at CarmelBarre, instructors make hands-on corrections so that students have the proper form and are working the right muscles in each of the exercises. Instructors don’t participate in the class - they teach and pay attention to details, giving individual attention to each student.
All instructors modify exercises based on the personal needs of the students, and are open to talking with students before and after class. CarmelBarre welcomes students of all ages and abilities, including those with injuries. Learn to connect with your muscles and overcome self-imposed boundaries.
